St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner and Downtown Shakopee has all that you need! Check out our list for your guide to celebrate in style the entire weekend.

Friday, March 15

Festivities kick off on Friday night with the release of an Irish Cream Ale at the Shakopee BrewHall; a collaboratively-made brew by O’Brien’s Public House & Shakopee BrewHall. This beer will be available at both locations, but look for some special infusions at O’Brien’s. The BrewHall will also be serving a green beer all weekend!

Saturday, March 16

On Saturday, the celebration heats up with Shakopee BrewHall unveiling a “British beer engine.”

O’Brien’s will officially roll out their St. Paddy’s festivities Saturday beginning with live music from 4 - 7 pm. The patio bar will be open and tented to enjoy festivities outside. The party will continue from 8 - 11 pm where you will be able to dance the night away with music from a DJ!

Sunday, March 17

Sunday things get hot with food and fun all day!

Start the morning with brunch served by Bravis at the Shakopee BrewHall from 11 am - 2 pm. Their fantastic team is making some delicious brunch items that pair with BrewHall beers. A great way to kick off the day!

Turtle’s Bar and Grill is continuing it’s longstanding St. Paddy’s day tradition with it’s 28th Annual Corned Beef & Cabbage Dinner. Juicy and tender corned beef served with steamed carrots, baby red potatoes, stewed cabbage, and a dinner roll, all bathed in a quick splash of melted butter. Get all of this for just $13.95 anytime on March 17. There are also specials on drinks from 2 Gingers, and a special “Irish Car Bomb” made with Insight Brewing Banshee Cutter Golden Coffee Ale.

Sunday is family day at O’Brien’s Public House with face painting, live Irish music from 2-4 pm, and the outdoor bar and patio open! Check out O’Brien’s weekend schedule here.

As always, it will be a great weekend in Downtown Shakopee, so be on the lookout for even more amazing specials on our Facebook page!
